Seen on Scene 2. Mac Cosmetics create makeup for over a hundred shows worldwide during Fashion Weeks, with over 300 makeup artists, all using a ton of makeup, in textures and colors we may all be wearing in future seasons. The Canadian-born makeup trendsetter, now owned by the Estée Lauder Companies, also have makeup artists backstage who make sure their hair is interesting as well as their fashions and makeup. Here are three of the Mac girls backstage at the Francesca Liberatore New York Fashion Week show for Fall 2016. They are, left to right: Susan Hahn, in charge of making sure all runs smoothly, with her hair piled high on top, wearing a Chanel cross-body bag, an Alice and Olivia tulle skirt … Amber McCleland, makeup artist with two-tone hair piled on top caught with a scarf-like turban, tattoos … far right, Courtney Covino with rasta braids and beads, and lot happening on that hair, wearing two nose rings, and colorific tattoos. Stay tuned for larger photos of above in albums, and the Mac makeup by Courtney Covino, the hair by Jon Reyman for Aveda and the Francesca Libatore fashions, coming soon to www.helenoppenheim.com
