Inspired by a famous scene in the 1939 movie “Gone With the Wind” here is Scarlett O’Hara, the Southern Belle, getting dressed for the ball in this iconic Tara Collection from La Coupe in 1987. Kim Lepine attached ringlets to the mid-parted hair with flattering upswept sides.
The team left New York at 6 am for Connecticut to shoot this Collection (styled by a young but great Arianne Phillips, later Madonna’s famous fashion stylist) and arrived back in New York at 3 am. Only regret, the nails in this photo are red! Fiddle-De-Dee!
