Photos Helen Oppenheim With Apologies to NBC and ETV
I may have missed something but I didn’t see one interesting hairstyle at the Golden Globes. Female. Or male. It seemed a hair wash out to me! Here are some I photographed (poorly!) but all are nothing much, no creativity from the star or the hairdresser. Top L – R: Naomi Watts and Michelle Williams wearing bobs with some wave action … Phoebe Waller-Bridge with some curl action. Ellen DeGeneres has gone too short, her ears look too big. She is chatting here with Helen Mirren whose short hair looked great and modern … Charlize Theron looks beautiful whatever but her hair is also too short. 2nd Row L-R: Jennifer Lopez’s braids were outshone by a huge dress bow … Fashion shoulder action for Cate Blanchett and Beyoncé … Joey King wore an exciting dress, not all showing here…. Awkafina looked great but that hair dangling is fini now. Bottom L-R: Brad Pitt must be growing his hair again but his tux was great… Pierce Brosman looked gorgeous, even with grey hair … his son, Dylan had the longest male hair … Jason Momoa’s long hair had too much gel perhaps … Adam Driver was very groomed … Rick Jones wore a high buttoned double breasted suit. The worst hair awards must go to Taylor Swift and Scarlett Johansen (not shown) for looking like they did their hair themselves, in one second flat, with no style at all.
