Vera Wang at her best. Long skirts. With splits. The fabulous fashions at her New York Fashion Week Show for Fall 2016 included these plastron leather-strapped looks, inspired by the large pad fencers wear to protect their chests. The elongated silhouette, inspired by Amedeo Modigliani and Alberto Giacometti, was offset by mid-parted long sleek hair tucked into high collars, by Paul Hanlon for Pai-Shau, and monster platforms.
