My Mother On Her Wedding Day – 1930s

I am thinking of my Mother today, May 19, the day I lost her many moons ago. She was always there for me when I was young and I was lucky to have had her. I wish I could tell her so today. This photo was taken of my Mother on her wedding day, in the 30s. Her divine dress was made of silver lamé and she made it herself. I still have the pattern she used and some of the lamé somewhere.
