Dusty pink wigs were by Jaylin Seng for Cutler/Redken at the Tara Babylon New York Fashion Week Presentation for Spring Summer 2023. Each wig took 8 hours to
cut and style said the hairdresser. Hats or hearts were added by the British-Iraqui designer and performance artist, who made quite a statement with her fashion art for her RTW gender-fluid brand, unlike any other. The label focused on eco-conscious hand-made techniques like weave, print, tufting and crochet for the fashions and accessories, all put together with a lot of fun.
