CommentFEMinMen Gender-Bending Hair – 2016
The audience at the Intercoiffure Fall Atelier for 2016 last Sunday was challenged to envision beauty without the filter of gender by one of the great shows on the two-day program. The Nouveau Creative Team, led by the controversial and always interesting Perry Monge, offered cutting edge hairstyles and looks “as mind-bending as they are gender-bending,” according to the Phoenix salon owner. Here gorgeous curls, at lob length, look entirely feminine, with and without the mannish hat and fashions (not shown.) To see more, and more great talents, click HERE

CommentCurly Curls, Coin Hair Jewelry – 2011
Curly curls cascaded with pure gold coin hair jewelry added to one side, on bobby pins. A great idea anyone could copy. The hair was by Peter Gray at the Badgley Mischka Spring 2011 New York Fashion Week show which was inspired by the 1988 movie “White Mischief” about wealthy decadent colonial ladies with a proper veneer and smoldering sensuality.
This hair was pretty, flattering, and looked good from all angles, including front view!!!!! For more versions, click here:
