90s The 1st Hair Straighter Than Straight – 1996
1996. This is Gwyneth Paltrow with hair straighter than straight by John Sahag. She was one of the first celebs, if not the very first, to wear her hair this straight. This is the quintessential look that the legendary John Sahag made famous. Before flat irons. He used his John Sahag Revitalizing Drops on Gwyneth Paltrow’s hair here, one of the very first people to be able to experience them; he told me Gwyneth loved them. After 20 years, the look has not dated and has stood the test of time. For more Gwyneth Paltrow with hair long, updos, short by John Sahag, CLICK HERE

CommentGwyneth and Brad With the Same Hairstyle – 1997
Here’s a photo which could be a collector’s item and is part of hair history from way back when Gwyneth Paltrow and Brad Pitt were a hot ticket item. The style was new at the time, but looks today, right now. Even more fabulous, they wore the same look to the New York Premiere of Brad Pitt’s movie “The Devil’s Own” at Cinema One on Third Avenue in 1997.
Gwyneth’s hair was cut and designed by the legendary John Sahag, Brad’s by Deedra Norris of the John Sahag Workshop, who also styled both superheads for this premiere. How did Deedra get to cut Brad Pitt’s hair? You”ll have to check the album on the website featuring movie stars and premieres, with anecdotes under many photos, to find out how a dream can come true. click here then scroll along under the photos:

Gwyneth Paltrow Short Hair by John Sahag – 1997
This is Gwyneth Paltrow with short hair, worn with a cute little bobby pin. Love it. The photo, found with the help of Lori Bermani, was taken at the New York Premiere for her 1997 movie, “Sliding Doors.” John Sahag, who did her hair here, had flown to London to do her hair for the movie, and she wore this pixie cut for a while. CommentJohn Sahag’s Lob on Gwyneth Paltrow – 1999
New John Sahag album on celebs, movies, many Gwyneth Paltrows and more with hair by the legendary John Sahag.
Here is his 1999 version of the lob (a long bob) so popular in 2014, looking just as modern today as it was then, and very Sahag with longer interesting pieces here and there. Don’t you think that this length of hair is so much more flattering and fashion than longer straight hair?

Gwyneth Paltrow Sexy “Bad Girl” Hair – 1999
Exciting new album, just up. John Sahag, Movie Stars, Premieres, Anecdotes. With the help of the one and only Lori Bermani.
Here is Gwyneth Paltrow with John Sahag’s big, sexy hair as a “Bad Girl” channeling Barbarella from Roger Vadim’s 1968 film. Sexy styling by Joe Zee for the important September issue of Talk Magazine in 1999. The magazine, a Tina Brown/Miramax Picture Project, didn’t last as long as it should have, between 1999 to 2001, but this great hair could last forever.
