Antenna Salon, now no longer, was the first to cater to the people Simon Forbes mixed with on the London club scene, and had its roots in punk.

La Coupe photos from Hair Fashion Photo Archives on helenoppenheim.com from the ’70s, ’80s, ’90s have been selected by Harold Leighton for his article in the February 2014 issue of Atlantic Avenue Magazine. He would like to inspire hairdressers to do hair like this at the Oscars, Emmys and Golden Globes. I’ll be blogging on Oscar hair on Sunday, March 2.
