The audience at the Intercoiffure Fall Atelier for 2016 last Sunday was challenged to envision beauty without the filter of gender by one of the great shows on the two-day program. The Nouveau Creative Team, led by the controversial and always interesting Perry Monge, offered cutting edge hairstyles and looks “as mind-bending as they are gender-bending,” according to the Phoenix salon owner.
