Shoulders came into focus at the Badgley Mischka Spring 2020 New York Fashion Week Show. Big shoulders, puffy shoulders, frilly shoulders, decorated shoulders, all gorgeous. With a kind of tropical feel inspired by the American Glam elegance when Hollywood movie stars played in the Caribbean, in the ’30s and ’40s.
