Bundle Up With Style, Badgley Mischka – 2014
Bundle up with style. A Russian style hat and Gustav Klimt inspired gloves looked interesting at the Badgley Mischka Fall 2014 Mercedes-Benz NY Fashion Week show. Glimpses of the romance and opulence of the turn-of-the-century Art Nouveau movement in Vienna, Gustav Klimt and Josef Hoffman in particular, walked the runway for the red-carpet fashion designers. CommentReverse Cat Eye @ Nicholas K – 2014
Lauren Andersen of Avon created a reverse cat eye for the Nicholas K Mercedes-Benz NY Fashion Week show for Fall 2014. She painted a bold line along the lower lashes, and extended the line to help make the reserve cat eye then added two coats of mascara and the voluminous false lashes. Lips were neutral. Loved the look – not too much but definitely interesting and newsworthy. For more from this smashing show, click here:

Hair parts of all kinds are a trend. Want to make a simple hair statement on any straight hairstyle? Here’s the dart part by Peter Gray, inspired by the cut-out darts in some of the super sophisticated architectural dresses by Kaufman Franco at their Mercedes-Benz New York Fashion Week Show for Fall 2014. “I wanted something a little bit more,” said the always inventive hairstylist.
