NAHA Texture Winner – 2019
The award for Texture at the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) for 2019 was given to Michelle O’Connor. She had fun with a lob, giving it a texture like no other and coloring it in shades of green. The event took place on Sunday, January 27 in Long Beach California.

The award for Styling & Finishing at the 2019 North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) went to Sarajane Maples of Florida. It was the first time she entered her work and she is very proud of it. The large loosely braided updo ends in tufts of hair fanning out in front and the large loose romantic long waves are shown with a braided effects on either side of a mid-part. Both looks are shaded in subtle colors.

Yes, a student created this bob with colorific colors, nominated for an award as Student Hairstylist of the Year at the North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) for 2019. Khilvatmo (Nanish) Soibnazorva is from the Aveda Institute in Denver, CO and has since graduated there as a cosmetologist. “I’m in love with hair and makeup,” she says writing of her passion and dreams on her Instagram @blessed_3110.
