Will She, Won’t She? Vanessa Friedman, New York Times Fashion Editor and Critic, answers the question of Anna Wintour leaving Vogue and Condé Nast on the first page of the New York Times ThursdayStyles on April 12 in an article “About Those Rumors … ” The question is answered with a quote by Robert A. Saurberg Jr, the Chief Executive of Condé Nast – “I am happy to tell you there is no truth to the rumors of Anna’s departure,” he wrote in an email to the New York Times, then he called Ms Wintour “a great partner as we continue our ongoing efforts to transform the company into the future.” Ann Wintour is seen here backstage at the Carolina Herrera Fall 2012 New York Fashion Week Show and long may she continue to influence the world of fashion.
