Here is the work of just one Finalist for the 2020 North American Hairstyling Awards (NAHA) hosted by the Professional Beauty Association (PBA) but congratulations to all in each of the 15 categories, for hair, makeup and nail artistry. Dilek Onur Taylor, Creative Director for 760 Salons by InStyle, JC Penney, had her hand in nominations for Stylist of the Year, Styling and Finishing, Avant Garde and the Texture Categories, of which this is one magical look.
