CommentDesert Warrior Fashion NYFW Spring – 2017
Desert Warrior fashion by Nicholas K at their New York Fashion Week Show for Spring/Summer 2017 was inspired by Bedouin culture in the mystic Wadi Rum, a scenic desert valley in Jordan, a place of narrow canyons, wind swept towering plateaus, dramatic sandstone mountains with a stark dusty palette, given the nickname – “The Valley of the Moon.” To see more romantic fashions, shown with long flowing scarves, visors, or oversized sun hats and “I Dream of Jeannie” hair sprouting at the top, click HERE

The Jonathan Simkhai New York Fashion Week Show for Spring 2017 dazzled with drop-dead gowns, many highly embellished, mostly in white or ivory but also in darker shades too, like this one in a sophisticated mix of black and navy. A long slim earring, beaded at the end, and chokers were worn with all the gorgeous gowns and fashions. The hair featured a thin braid on the other side (not shown here) and was down, natural-looking, with an element of dry roughness, said Thomas Osborn who led the Catwalk by TIGI Team.
