Love the shoulders, the dress and wide sliver choker at Denibi’s Spring/Summer New York Fashion Week Show. The collection was inspired by the city of Barcelona, African heritage and minimalism. This was Fadel Denibi’s first show at New York Fashion Week and it took place at Chelsea Pier 59, The hair by Nelson Velcher, Rita Hazan, NY (back view with hair action not shown here) had three long different-sized braids down the back. From a cutting edge NYFW Spring 2018 Show, unlike any other at New York Fashion Week, these eclectic fashions for her and him are by Maison The Faux designers Jotis Suk and Tessa de Boer. Gender bender club kids modeled fun fab fashions in black and white and pastels, which included multicolored statement coats, often defined by graphic contrasts, they carried fashionable disposable plastic bags and wore different colored shoes or boots on each foot, The hair, by Jorge Luis and the makeup by Yuui Vision were equally eye-popping – here, pink hair on her, blue and pink hair on him, colored with Manic Panic. Thinking of warm weather during this cold spell? It can make one feel warmer! Janell Geason of Aveda always comes up with interesting usually very wearable makeup ideas during New York Fashion Weeks. Here is her summer sunset ombré eye with pinks and oranges on the brown bone, inspired by the colors in Leann Marshall’s Spring 2018 Show (stay tuned.) Colors used were Aveda’s Petal Essence Lip Liners Dragon Fruit and Barberry Bloom, fading to a yellow pigment (not Aveda.)
