Pandina Bondar, Designer and Creative Director, explores the space between art and and fashion. Her immersive New York Fashion Week SS 2026 Presentation at the DTR Gallery in Soho transformed reimagined textiles and forgotten artworks into one-of-a-kind pieces. Each garment became a moving canvas on the body, and a celebration of craftmanship and sustainability.
The handcrafted reclaimed jewelry art was by Angel Pai, Illumin Designs, the tattoos by the visual artist Kozo
The hair by Peter Gray for Cutler Salons with Pamela Devlin with was modern, dressed hair which included a combination of gel and gel dressed hair with a mix of wet and dry textures and finishes to emphasize the individuality and modernity of each look. The makeup was by Deney Adam and Christian Mitchell using Mac Cosmetics

The hair by Peter Gray and Team for the Badgley Mischka NY Fashion Week FW 2024 Show was a super sleek pony tail with a little knot achieved by weaving with a big needle then securing with black thread. “Simply Sumo” Gray called it. The makeup by Mary Irwin was about Moody Blues, with a touch of Twiggy, the look being inspired by classic Twiggy makeup, but modernized with placement and color. He and his team burned the midnight oil preparing for the show and making hair jewelry for many models with broken up earrings and fabrics from the collection. The hair for the Badgley Mischka New York Fashion Week Show at Spring Studios for Fall/Winter 2023 was by the one and only Peter Gray. The designers sent him the collage on the left for hair inspiration, of girls in bars and restaurants by Richard Avedon in the 1960s.
There were 40 models, and here are few of the looks the innovative hair designer adapted, making the hair interesting from every angle – front sides, back, something so few attempt to do for runway fashion shows for which we see too many safe ponytails and boring buns or nothing hair. Peter made the hair jewelry from Badgley Mischka earrings, broken up, and fabrics from the designers’ collection with the help of Jamie Hollis, Sammi and his hair team, who burned the midnight oil!!
