The Intercoiffure Nouveau “Refugee” show at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in NYC presented provocative styles with provocative political messages, which added up to Unity Peace Love Hope. The highly controversial gutsy presentation by Perry Monge and his Team, sponsored by Wella Professionals, was the most fun and the most serious show at the event and, with its fashion statement about refugees and the immigration crises, it was in line with the Fall Atelier’s theme for 2015 of “Embracing the Future.” These two images with braided crimped grey/blue shaded hair are from the thought-provoking show with a message to the whole world.
