The hair, for each of the designers at the Academy of Art University (AAU) Spring/Summer 2018 New York Fashion Week Show, was “modern, graphic, geometric and strong,” said Jon Reyman of his statement chignon flying straight out to there, and wrapped in silver wires. It was refreshing to see hair which is not messy for a change, that was distinctive, beautifully executed, and went with all the fashions by the talented graduating students from AAU’s School of Fashion.
