The fabulous fashions at her New York Fashion Week Show for Fall 2016 included these plastron leather-strapped looks, inspired by the large pad fencers wear to protect their chests. Long hair was tucked into high collars at the fabulous Vera Wang New York Fashion Week Show for Fall 2016. “It’s about the idea of a smaller rounded look, not pinned or sleeked, but with the hair emerging from an elongated design silhouette,” explained Paul Hanlon for Pai-Shau. This is an old, very simple trick, used in many fashion shows and editorials over the years, done beautifully here; it is a great idea for those with long hair, not often used in everyday life.
